POLICY
To book appointments a booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which is deducted from the total the end of the appointment.
Cancelation under 72hours will result in loss of booking fee, if rescheduling the next booking will require full payment prior to appointment. Continued last minute cancelations will result in loss of payment and black listed from my services.

Please bare in mind for nail or lash infill appointments booked after recommended time the charge will be full set.

If more than 40% of lashes have fallen or taken off due to lack of aftercare or over 2 week infill booking can result in full set charge. A Consultation form is required to be completed prior to lash appointment for your health and safety.
​
Hair colour services are advised for a consultation including patch tests at least 48hours before booking the appointment.
Any service technical issues within 48hours (this does not include the end look), will be resolved free of charge depending on the issue.
No Refunds to products, time, skill have been used.

If you feel unsatisfied with the service its advised to say at the end of the appointment where I can give further options.

For complaints please contact through the form provided with details and my admin team will get back to you, pictures and information as well as reassessment visit are required to clarify the complaint. If revisiting to assess a matter is declined it makes it difficult to see the issue in real life therefore preventing resolution.
